Safer training solutions ltd operates in an open and transparent way and will respond to requests for information regarding any of our activities in a prompt manner.
This will in many cases be within ten working days upon written application and subject to the appropriate dissemination of information in accordance with Data protection and GDPR regulations.
Complaints will be dealt with an open and sensitive manner, complaints in the first instance should be made verbally to a course tutor who, if possible, will rectify the issue/complaint at source.
If the course tutor cannot resolve the issue/compliant or the situation is at a level that a course tutor cannot resolve the issue/compliant then it should be directed to the course director at Safer training solutions ltd
When making a complaint and upon receipt of a written complaint the course director will respond within ten working days.
The course director will contact you to obtain information regarding your complaint/grievance and will investigate using the information obtained and provided
A route cause analysis will be undertaken to gather data, identify any causal factors which will help to determine what the root cause may be which will also allow for any recommendations this will also determine if the complaint is valid or vexatious.
The outcome of the investigation will be determined in no more than thirty days upon receipt of all the relevant information.
Most complaints/grievances will be resolved before the thirty-day period however Safer training solutions ltd reserves the right to operate within this time frame.
If the thirty-day resolution period is likely to be exceeded the person making the compliant/grievance will be informed within a reasonable time this is likely to happen.
